Freedom from Addiction

If you are concerned about your alcohol or substance abuse, please know that you are not alone and that help is available. If you are wondering if alcohol or drug use is a problem for you, ask yourself these questions:

  1. Have you ever been unsuccessful in trying to reduce or stop drinking or doing drugs?
  2. Do people in your life criticize you or get on your case about your drinking or drug use?
  3. Have you ever felt remorseful about your drinking or drug use?
  4. Have you ever used alcohol or drugs first thing in the morning to relieve a hangover or steady your nerves?

If you answered yes to one or more of these questions, then your alcohol or drug use may be negatively impacting your life.

I would be honored to walk with you on your unique journey toward recovery from addiction. I provide a safe, supportive, and judgment-free environment for you to acknowledge your behaviors, plan for change, and commit to changing your life at a pace and intensity that supports lasting change.

Many women do not seek help for addiction due to the stigma and shame associated with drinking and using drugs, especially if the woman is also a mother. I understand the guilt and fear that is part of any addict’s journey and encourage you not to let these fears stand in the way of you realizing better health and a life lived well.
