Rates & Insurance

I currently accept Blue Cross Blue Shield Insurance. If you have Blue Cross Blue Shield, I will submit claims to your insurance on your behalf and handle all the paperwork.

For all other insurance companies, I am not in network. You can call your insurance and inquire if they would pay for a portion of my services as an out-of-network provider . I am happy to answer any questions you have bout out-of-network benefits.

I encourage clients to look into using their flexible spending accounts (FSA) or health savings accounts (HSA) on mental health therapy if that is a good option for you and your family. Again, it is your responsibility to make sure that my services are covered by your FSA or HSA.

Motherhood coaching is not covered by insurance.

The initial evaluation session is $165 and my regular session fee is $140 for a 50 minute session. Payment is due at the time of services.

Cancellation Policy

I require 24 hours advance notice to cancel all appointments. If I do not receive a cancellation notice within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will be responsible for and charged the full session fee.
